If you do not know about Kachru’s Three Circle Model then go read up on it because it is, like, Darwin’s Origin of Species for World-English nerds.
Obviously, there are a lot of expanding circle Englishes – it’s the whole world. I have a permanent Google Alert for “world Englishes” and whenever something worthwhile crosses my path I add it to my newsletter and this website.
Right now, the only expanding circle country I have ready is Korean English. Dutch English (my own specialisation) will follow soon, and so, I’m sure, will other world Englishes.
